When you create an account and use SpeedSkateMeet, we collect your name, email address, and a unique user ID. Meet directors and officials may also enter skater names and race results as part of meet management.
All data is used solely to operate the platform: authenticate your account, display meet results, manage race-day operations, and provide customer support. We do not use your data for advertising or marketing.
We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties for advertising. Your data is processed by Render (cloud hosting) to operate the service.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. To request deletion, email Lbird@speedskatemeet.com and we will process it within 30 days.
SpeedSkateMeet is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
All data is transmitted over HTTPS. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your information.
